Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Secondary School
Start Date: September 2025

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
– Support student learning and behaviour management
– Follow lesson plans provided by teaching staff
– Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Requirements:
– Previous experience working with secondary school students preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
– Flexible and adaptable to different classroom settings
– Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
