Zest Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
Full-time teaching position in a supportive and well-resourced SEN setting.
Working closely with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to deliver tailored and engaging lessons.
Responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing differentiated learning to meet individual pupil needs.
Collaborating with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals to support holistic development.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) is essential.
Experience in an SEN setting or teaching children with additional needs is highly desirable.
A calm, empathetic approach with strong behaviour management strategies.
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply through Zest Education).

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
