Exciting Opportunity for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant at a Leading Primary School!

Are you an experienced and passionate HLTA who is eager to make a positive impact in the classroom? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our outstanding team at our welcoming Primary School in Smethwick.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will collaborate with our teaching staff to provide vital support in delivering high-quality education. You will work directly with students to ensure that each one receives the support they need to succeed. This is your chance to play a vital role in shaping the future of young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering high-impact lessons
  • Assist in the preparation and planning of learning activities
  • Work with individuals and small groups to support students’ learning needs
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

Who We’re Looking For:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player who works well within a collaborative environment
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is an advantage

Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy a great work-life balance with the option of flexible working hours, either part-time or full-time. Core working hours are from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
