Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Wanted for Outstanding Primary School

Role Overview:

As an HLTA, you will be an integral part of our school community, working alongside teachers to deliver tailored support to students. Your role will include providing assistance during lessons, supporting individual students, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Support small groups or individual students to enhance their learning
  • Help prepare educational materials and resources
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming classroom environment

What You Need:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in an educational setting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students and staff
  • A positive, collaborative approach to working within a team
  • Previous experience in a school setting is an advantage but not essential

Working Hours: This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to work either part-time or full-time. The core hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, offering a balanced and manageable schedule.
