Cover Supervisor – Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage classroom behaviour in the absence of the regular teacher
– Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students engage with the materials
– Support the learning and development of students in a positive and encouraging manner
– Maintain a safe and productive learning environment

Requirements:
– Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and development
– Ability to adapt to different situations and work well under pressure
