Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis at a secondary school in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and enjoy working with young people.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
– Managing classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment
– Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students stay on task
– Providing support to students with their learning and development

Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a school setting is desirable but not essential
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to engage with students and manage classroom behaviour effectively
– Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
