Zest Education is working in partnership with a thriving primary in Leicester to recruit an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to start in September 2025. This is a long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, leading interventions and covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
