Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 teaching assistant to join an outstanding primary school in Burton. This position is available starting in September and will run until the end of the first term, with the possibility of extension.
As a 1:1 teaching assistant, your responsibilities will include working closely with a pupil who requires additional support during lessons, collaborating with the class teacher, assisting in conducting assessments, and contributing to creating a welcoming classroom environment.
The ideal candidate for this role will be level 3 qualified (preferred), have prior experience in primary schools, possess knowledge of safeguarding procedures, and either hold or be willing to obtain a DBS check.
