Zest Education is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support young people with Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You’ll be part of a nurturing, reflective team in Ealing, helping students—many of whom have overcome tough upbringings—build confidence, independence, and life skills.
Provide classroom support and one-to-one mentoring for students with varied and complex needs
Act as a positive role model, helping young people manage emotions and behaviours
Assist in implementing individualised plans and adapting learning materials
Engage in practitioner-led research, reflective practice, and collaborative team planning
A calm, compassionate individual with resilience and consistency
Experience in education, care, youth work or transferable skills welcomed
Someone committed to reflective practice and ongoing professional growth
