Job Description

Are you passionate about helping students reach their full potential? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our exceptional team at our vibrant Primary School in Walsall

About the Role:

As an HLTA, you will be a crucial part of our school’s educational journey. You will work closely with teachers, support students in both group and one-on-one settings, and help create an inspiring and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering dynamic and engaging lessons to students
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to ensure all students thrive
  • Help in the preparation and creation of educational resources
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with a passion for working with children
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential

Working Hours: Flexible hours available, with the option to work part-time or full-time. Core hours are 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, ensuring a good balance between work and life.
