Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Looking for a flexible role that fits around your life? Join our team as a Supply Teaching Assistant and play a vital role in a variety of welcoming primary schools across Birmingham City Centre.
📍 Location: Various Primary Schools in Birmingham
📅 Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
🕒 Availability: Part-time or Full-time – You choose!
📌 Start Date: ASAP

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support class teachers across Early Years, KS1, and KS2
Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils
Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment
Adapt quickly to different school environments with confidence and professionalism
✔ Experience working with children (in a school or similar setting)
✔ A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach
✔ A genuine passion for helping children thrive
✔ An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
