Are you a supportive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for helping children succeed? Zest Education is working closely with a welcoming primary school in Stone, Staffordshire, to find a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in the classroom while developing their skills in a supportive school environment.
You’ll be working alongside the class teacher to support pupils in Years 3 to 6, helping to deliver lessons, provide targeted support, and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the delivery of engaging lessons across KS2
Working with small groups and individual pupils to support learning
Helping to manage classroom behaviour positively and effectively
Supporting pupils with additional needs, both academically and emotionally
Collaborating with teachers and staff to support pupil progress
Experience working with children (in a school or similar setting such as a Nursery)
A calm, encouraging, and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in education and pupil development
A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
A dedicated consultant who listens to your needs

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
