Level 3 Teaching Assistant – September Start in Dudley
Zest Education is currently recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant on behalf of a well-established school in Dudley. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced educators and contribute to the daily success of a busy classroom.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, offering both academic and pastoral support to pupils across a range of year groups.
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting teaching staff with lesson delivery and classroom management.
Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils who require additional support.
Helping to plan and prepare resources for learning activities.
Promoting positive behavior and engagement in lessons.
Assisting with assessment and progress tracking under teacher guidance.
Requirements:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
Proven experience supporting learning in a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine enthusiasm for helping children succeed.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
