🌟 Nursery Teacher – Full-Time | Castle Vale | Zest Education 🌟

Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting for a full-time Nursery Teacher to join a warm and welcoming early years setting located in the Castle Vale area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-regarded nursery school that provides a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for children aged 3–4 years. The setting is proud of its strong community ethos and commitment to early childhood development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 🌱 Plan and deliver fun, creative, and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework

  • 🧸 Create a safe, stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported

  • 📊 Monitor, assess, and record each child’s progress, tailoring support to their individual needs

  • 👩‍🏫 Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of early years professionals

  • 👪 Build strong, open relationships with parents and carers, sharing progress and milestones


What We’re Looking For:

  • ✅ A passionate, caring, and imaginative practitioner with a genuine love for early years education

  • ✅ Sound understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum

  • ✅ Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

  • ✅ A relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Childcare or Early Years Education

  • ✅ Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.

The role advertised is for temporary supply work.
