Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting for a full-time Nursery Teacher to join a warm and welcoming early years setting located in the Castle Vale area.

🌱 Plan and deliver fun, creative, and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
🧸 Create a safe, stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported
📊 Monitor, assess, and record each child’s progress, tailoring support to their individual needs
👩🏫 Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of early years professionals
👪 Build strong, open relationships with parents and carers, sharing progress and milestones
✅ A passionate, caring, and imaginative practitioner with a genuine love for early years education
✅ Sound understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
✅ Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
✅ A relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Childcare or Early Years Education
✅ Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
