Planning and delivering meaningful activities in line with the EYFS
Carrying out observations and contributing to child development records
Promoting high standards of care, hygiene, and safety at all times
Supporting children with additional needs and ensuring inclusive practice
Hold a Level 3 Early Years Qualification (e.g. NVQ, or equivalent)
Have recent, relevant experience working in an early years setting
Bring a kind, calm, and nurturing approach to working with young children
Communicate clearly and confidently with both children and adults
Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Be flexible, imaginative, and responsive in supporting every child’s individual needs
Understand safeguarding and child protection protocols (training can be provided if needed)
A dedicated consultant who understands early years settings and your career goals
Competitive daily rates, paid weekly
Support throughout your placement, from application to post-placement feedback
Opportunities for long-term roles in well-regarded settings
Convenient location with free staff parking and excellent public transport links
