Zest Education is currently recruiting for Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurses to join some truly exceptional nursery settings across Staffordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about early years education to work in a supportive, high-quality environment that puts children’s development at the heart of everything they do. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with rate of pay depending on working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and nurture children across all nursery age groups
  • Create engaging and age-appropriate learning opportunities based on the EYFS framework
  • Work closely with other team members to provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
  • Be confident and experienced across all nursery age groups (0–5 years)
  • Demonstrate a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to childcare
  • Have a sound knowledge of safeguarding and child development
  • Be a strong communicator and a supportive team player

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
