Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £89 – £110 per day
Position Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Are you looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive and rewarding role? Zest Education is currently recruiting a Cover Supervisor to work in a welcoming secondary school in Lichfield, starting in September 2025.
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and focused in a safe and positive classroom environment.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
