You’ll be supervising classes during staff absence, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students remain engaged.
You will need to be:
Dependable and confident in front of a class
Comfortable with different age groups and subjects
Focused on maintaining behaviour standards
Positive, calm, and student-focused
