Zest Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join a fantastic primary school in Cannock, from September. The position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis and will initially run for the duration of the first term, with a strong possibility of extension.
Located in the heart of Cannock, this welcoming and well-resourced primary school is highly regarded for its inclusive ethos, supportive leadership, and strong community values. Pupils are eager to learn, and staff are passionate about delivering high-quality, creative teaching that makes a real difference. As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons
Assisting pupils across a range of abilities, including those with additional needs
Promoting positive behaviour and a love for learning
Collaborating with colleagues to create a stimulating classroom environment
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, ensuring high standards are met
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent experience teaching in a primary school setting
A nurturing, patient, and positive approach to teaching
Strong communication and classroom management skills
The ability to inspire, motivate, and engage pupils
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the school

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
