Primary Teacher – Cannock
Start Date: October 2025
Contract: Until the end of the Autumn term (potential for extension)
Location: Cannock

Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and nurturing primary school in Cannock that is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team from October 2025 until the end of the Autumn term, with the potential for a longer-term role.

The Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Support pupils of varying abilities and needs, encouraging progress and confidence

  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

  • Collaborate with staff and teaching assistants to ensure continuity and pupil wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  • Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to education

  • Flexibility and reliability

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
