As a supply teacher, you’ll step into a variety of classrooms to deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher. It’s a fantastic way to experience different school environments, develop your teaching practice, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
You’ll be expected to:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on pre-set plans
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Provide feedback to schools about pupil progress and classroom experiences
Adapt to new classroom settings with confidence and professionalism
We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable individuals who:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have recent teaching experience in a UK primary school setting
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
Are reliable, punctual, and flexible
Have a genuine passion for inspiring young learners

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
