About the Role:

As a supply teacher, you’ll step into a variety of classrooms to deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher. It’s a fantastic way to experience different school environments, develop your teaching practice, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

You’ll be expected to:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on pre-set plans

  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

  • Provide feedback to schools about pupil progress and classroom experiences

  • Adapt to new classroom settings with confidence and professionalism

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable individuals who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have recent teaching experience in a UK primary school setting

  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills

  • Are reliable, punctual, and flexible

  • Have a genuine passion for inspiring young learners
