Zest Education is working closely with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Loughborough that is looking to appoint a committed and creative Primary Teacher from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school environment and inspire young learners during a key stage of their education.
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the primary national curriculum (year group based on experience)
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and progress
Use a range of assessment methods to track and support pupil achievement
Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and fellow staff
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
Contribute to school initiatives, planning, and extra-curricular opportunities
✅ Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE
✅ Confident teaching KS1 and/or KS2
✅ Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
✅ Passionate about creating engaging and differentiated learning experiences
✅ Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers alike
✅ Committed to safeguarding and supporting pupil wellbeing

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
