Position: Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Location: City Centre
Start Date: September – until the end of the school term

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire learners

  • Mark students’ work and provide constructive feedback

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to support whole-school development

  • Provide tailored support to pupils, ensuring all learners progress

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Confidence in teaching in a primary setting

  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and behavior management

  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
