Zest Education is proud to be working with a welcoming and nurturing primary school in the Burntwood area, and we are looking to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support in the classroom from September until the end of the October half term, with the possibility of an extension.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher and helping pupils to engage in their learning. Your duties will include:
Supporting small groups or individual pupils with their learning activities.
Assisting the teacher with classroom management and preparation of resources.
Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Supporting pupils with additional needs, ensuring they are fully integrated into the class.
Providing feedback to teachers on pupil progress and development.
This role would suit someone who is confident, patient, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners.
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred) or equivalent.
Previous experience working within a primary school setting.
A genuine interest in child development and education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
