Zest Education is recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Supply Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools in Loughborough from September 2025. This is a flexible role ideal for those who enjoy variety and want to gain experience supporting children with additional needs across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN (autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs etc.)
Assist the class teacher with learning activities and classroom organisation
Help adapt resources to ensure accessibility for pupils with additional needs
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support pupils with their social, emotional, and behavioural development
✅ Previous experience working with children with SEN
✅ Patient, caring, and resilient approach
✅ Ability to adapt quickly in new classroom settings
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training (can be arranged)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
