Zest Education is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in Loughborough from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher to inspire young learners and potentially secure a permanent role.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on your experience and preference)
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN and EAL
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing feedback to pupils and parents
Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider school community
Promote high standards of behaviour, learning, and wellbeing
✅ QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE
✅ Experience teaching in Primary (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
✅ A creative, engaging, and nurturing teaching style
✅ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✅ Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training (can be arranged)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
