Join a fantastic Rugeley school as a Teaching Assistant starting in October until the end of the term, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
– Support the class teacher in delivering lessons effectively
– Assist children in their learning both individually and in small groups
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning environment
– Provide support to pupils with various needs
– Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the school
Requirements:
– Level 3 qualification in teaching assistance (preferred)
– Previous experience working as a teaching assistant
– Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
– Supportive and nurturing approach towards children
– Dedication to helping all students succeed in their learning journey

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
