With the role commencing from October until December, with the possibility of extension.

👶 The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Work as part of a friendly and experienced team to deliver the EYFS curriculum.

  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s learning and development.

  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Monitor and assess children’s progress and maintain accurate records.

  • Support the development of a safe, happy, and inclusive environment.

✅ The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent).

  • Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

  • A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them thrive.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.

  • A proactive, caring, and flexible approach to daily challenges.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
