Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity? Zest Education is proud to be working with a brilliant nursery setting in the heart of Tamworth that is looking to welcome a new team member to support their caring and creative environment. With the role commencing from October until December, with the possibility of extension.
This welcoming and vibrant nursery is a well-established setting that prides itself on offering a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5. With spacious indoor rooms and a fantastic outdoor area, the nursery promotes learning through play and encourages curiosity, creativity, and independence in every child. The team is warm, supportive, and dedicated to providing high-quality care and early education.
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Work as part of a friendly and experienced team to deliver the EYFS curriculum.
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s learning and development.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Monitor and assess children’s progress and maintain accurate records.
Support the development of a safe, happy, and inclusive environment.
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent).
Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them thrive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
A proactive, caring, and flexible approach to daily challenges.
Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm
Strong teamworking and organisational skills
Ability to plan and deliver creative learning experiences
Good observation and assessment abilities
Understanding of child development and early years best practice

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
