Zest Education are looking for a full-time Early Years Educator with a Level 3 qualification to join an exceptional early years setting in London. This is a term-time only position offering a 5 pm finish on Mondays, and 4 pm finish Tuesdays–Fridays. Level 3 qualification must be relevant to Early Years Education or childcare.
Support and deliver a child-led approach to learning, encouraging curiosity, independence, and creativity.
Observe, plan, and scaffold learning through meaningful play and real-life experiences.
Follow the EYFS framework while prioritising children’s interests and developmental needs.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a calm, enabling environment that supports each child’s learning journey.
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
A well-established, inclusive early years setting committed to best practice.
Emphasis on outdoor learning, creative exploration, and emotional well-being.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
