Zest Education is proud to be working with a prestigious independent school in Wandsworth to recruit a Receptionist / Administrator for a permanent, full-time position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, well-regarded school, where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff, and students. The role requires a professional, approachable manner, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage a range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of house duties, including welcoming visitors and managing calls

  • Providing administrative support to the wider school team

  • Maintaining records and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school

  • Ensuring safeguarding and visitor procedures are followed at all times

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous school-based experience is highly desirable

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency with IT systems and a keen eye for detail

  • Ability to manage a busy workload with professionalism and discretion

Role details:

  • Permanent, full-time position (52 weeks per year)

  • Working hours: 7.45am – 4.15pm

  • Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)

  • Parking available close to the school (not on site)
