Zest Education is seeking a highly organised and efficient School Administrator with SIMS or Arbor experience to support schools across Birmingham from September 2025. This is a great opportunity to join a welcoming school office team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Use SIMS / Arbor to manage pupil records, attendance, and reporting
Support with admissions, enrolments, and school communications
Provide general office administration, including emails, calls, and visitor reception duties
Assist with HR, safeguarding paperwork, and staff records where required
Work closely with senior leaders to ensure compliance with GDPR and school policies
✅ Previous school office experience (primary or secondary)
✅ Proficiency in SIMS or Arbor systems (essential)
✅ Strong organisational and multitasking skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
