Administrator

Zest Education is recruiting experienced and organised School Administrators to support schools across Birmingham and the West Midlands. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with knowledge of Bromcom or SIMS systems.

This role is key to the smooth running of a busy school office, and would suit someone who is professional, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing pupil records and data using Bromcom / SIMS 🖥️

• Handling phone calls, emails, and front-of-house enquiries 📞

• Supporting staff, pupils, and parents with day-to-day queries

• Assisting with attendance and safeguarding records

• General office duties, including filing, photocopying, and handling post

• Ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding protocols are followed at all times 🛡️

Requirements

• Previous experience in a school office environment (essential)

• Strong working knowledge of Bromcom and/or SIMS

• Excellent IT, communication, and organisational skills 💡

• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Professional, approachable, and reliable

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
