Zest Education is proud to be working with a welcoming and well-respected primary school in Lichfield, Staffordshire, to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join their team from October 2025 until the end of the Autumn term – with the potential for the role to be extended into 2026.

🎓 About the Role

You will take full class teacher responsibility for a Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 class (year group based on experience and preference), including delivering, and assessing lessons in line with the national curriculum. You will also be expected to contribute to the wider life of the school, including attending staff meetings and supporting with parents’ evenings if required.

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have previous primary teaching experience

  • Show strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Be reliable, proactive, and committed to pupils’ development
