Year 3 Teacher – Exciting New Opportunity in Stoke-On-Trent
Location: Stoke-On-Trent
Start Date: October 2025 ASAP
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience £125-£180 per day
Zest Education is delighted to be working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Stoke-On-Trent to recruit a passionate Year 3 Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to support pupils as they make the important transition into Key Stage 2.
The school prides itself on its inclusive and nurturing ethos and is looking for a teacher who can bring creativity, energy and commitment to the classroom. As the Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in helping pupils adjust to the new expectations of Key Stage 2, developing their independence, resilience and confidence while continuing to foster a love of learning.
In this role, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire learners.
Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment where children feel motivated to succeed.
Work closely with colleagues, parents and carers to ensure every child’s academic and personal development is supported.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, embracing its values and ethos.
The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching within Key Stage 2, though strong Key Stage 1 teachers looking to make the move into KS2 will also be considered. Excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills and a positive, enthusiastic approach are essential.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
