Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Lichfield, who are looking to appoint a part-time Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This role is for 3 days per week, continuing until December 2025, with the possibility of being extended.

As a part-time Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working closely with the class teacher to support pupils across the school — this could be in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on the school’s needs and your experience. Your duties may include:
Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils
Assisting the class teacher in lesson delivery and classroom management
Supporting pupils with additional or special educational needs
Helping to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
Contributing to the planning and preparation of classroom activities
Monitoring pupil progress and encouraging positive behaviour

✅ A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)
