Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Primary Schools across Stafford
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary opportunities available
Salary: Dependent on experience and role

About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to join schools across Stafford. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about supporting children in their early stages of education, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

  • Work with pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis to support learning.

  • Assist in creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Provide additional support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where required.

  • Help with classroom organisation, resources, and day-to-day tasks.

  • Encourage children’s social and emotional development through positive interaction and support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.

  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Flexibility to support different age groups across the primary phase (EYFS, KS1, KS2).

  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or childcare) is desirable but not essential.
