Zest Education is recruiting friendly and reliable Lunchtime Supervisors to work in a lovely primary school located in Northfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with children and wants to help create a safe and positive lunchtime environment.
Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and classrooms during the lunch break
Encourage good manners, positive behaviour, and healthy eating habits
Engage pupils in play and social activities to promote inclusion and teamwork
Support children in resolving minor disputes calmly and fairly
Ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of all pupils at all times
Assist with setting up and clearing away tables, chairs, and dining equipment
✅ Experience working with children (school, nursery, youth work, or similar) preferred
✅ Friendly, caring, and approachable personality
✅ Confident in managing pupil behaviour positively
✅ Reliable, punctual, and a good communicator
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
