Zest Education is recruiting caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisors to join a welcoming primary school in Cannock. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive difference during the busiest part of the school day.
Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and classrooms during lunchtime
Promote good manners, positive behaviour, and healthy eating habits
Engage pupils in safe, fun, and inclusive play activities
Support children in resolving small disagreements calmly and fairly
Ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of all pupils at all times
Assist with setting up and clearing away dining areas as needed
✅ Experience working with children (in schools, nurseries, or similar settings)
✅ Friendly, caring, and approachable personality
✅ Confident in managing pupil behaviour in a positive way
✅ Reliable, punctual, and enjoys working as part of a team
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
