Administrator

Zest Education is seeking a professional and organised School Administrator to join a welcoming and busy school office in the West Midlands. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and efficient first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries

• Support with attendance monitoring, data entry, and record keeping

• Use school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom (training available if required)

• Maintain accurate pupil files and confidential documents

• Assist with ordering supplies and general office duties

• Support the senior leadership team with administrative tasks and communication

 Ideal Candidate:

✅ Previous experience working in a school office or busy administrative environment
✅ Confident using Microsoft Office and/or school software (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom)
✅ Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
✅ Professional, friendly, and able to handle sensitive information confidentially
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
