Full-Time Teaching Assistant – Resource Base – South Birmingham – Start After October Half Term
Zest Education is currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team in a primary school in the Kings Heath area of Birmingham, starting immediately after the October half term. This role will be based within the school’s specialist resource base, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
The resource base provides a calm and structured environment for up to 12 children, supported by a highly experienced and collaborative team of 3–5 staff members in the classroom. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals.
The school is known for its inclusive ethos, nurturing atmosphere, and strong commitment to supporting children with special educational needs. Staff work closely together to ensure that all pupils, regardless of background or ability, are given the opportunity to thrive both academically and personally. Team: 3–5 staff per classroom for strong adult-to-child ratio

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
