Zest Education is recruiting a dedicated and efficient School Administrator to work 3 days per week in a welcoming school based in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for a flexible, term-time position within a supportive and friendly school environment.
Be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff in the school office
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
Maintain accurate pupil records and attendance data
Use school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom (training provided if needed)
Support the senior leadership team with administrative tasks and communication
Prepare letters, reports, and documentation as required
Ensure all data and information is handled confidentially and securely
✅ Previous experience in a school office or administrative environment
✅ Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data systems
✅ Excellent communication and organisational abilities
✅ Able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
✅ Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
