Full-Time EYFS Teaching Assistant – Yardley Wood Area
NVQ Level 3 – Immediate Start
Salary: Competitive, based on experience | Full-time | Long-term position

Are you a passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant with an NVQ Level 3 qualification? Zest Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Yardley Wood area to recruit a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant for a full-time role starting as soon as possible.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and supportive Early Years setting where every child is encouraged to thrive. The successful candidate will work within a large EYFS class, supporting the teacher with group activities and delivering interventions, while also offering targeted 1:1 support for 2–3 pupils with additional needs. Your role will be vital in helping these young learners access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent (essential)

  • Have experience in EYFS and/or working with children with SEND

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a warm, caring nature

  • Be proactive, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about helping young learners
