Zest Education is recruiting a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join a friendly primary school in Rugeley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to help create a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime experience for pupils.
Supervise children in the dining hall, playground, and classrooms during lunchtime
Encourage positive behaviour, good manners, and healthy eating
Organise and join in with safe, fun play activities
Support pupils in resolving minor disagreements calmly and fairly
Ensure pupils’ safety and wellbeing at all times
Assist with setting up and clearing away tables and chairs in the dining area
✅ Friendly, approachable, and patient
✅ Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, or youth setting preferred)
✅ Confident in managing behaviour positively
✅ Reliable and a good team player
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
