As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Working closely with small groups of SEND pupils to provide tailored support
• Monitoring pupil progress and offering feedback to teaching staff
• Providing one-to-one assistance for pupils who need additional help
• Supporting learning activities across all year groups from Year 1 to Year 6

Qualifications and experience required:
• Experience working with primary-aged children
• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Understanding of SEND support and differentiated learning
• A patient, caring and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
