Zest Education is looking for a friendly and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join a welcoming primary school in Cannock. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive difference during the busy lunchtime period.
Supervise children in the dining hall, playground, and classrooms during lunchtime
Encourage positive behaviour, teamwork, and good manners
Support pupils in eating safely and sensibly, promoting healthy eating habits
Lead and join in with playground games and activities
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times
Help with setting up and clearing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
✅ Friendly, patient, and approachable personality
✅ Previous experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
✅ Confident in managing pupil behaviour positively
✅ Reliable and punctual, with good communication skills
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
