Zest Education are recruiting a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant primary school in Alum Rock.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on additional classroom responsibilities and support teaching across multiple year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absence
Support small-group interventions and targeted learning
Work alongside teachers to raise pupil attainment
Contribute to planning and classroom management
Requirements:
HLTA qualification
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confidence leading groups and covering lessons
