Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a lovely, Ofsted-rated “Good” nursery based in Loughborough. Following their positive Ofsted inspection in May 2025, the nursery continues to offer a warm, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all children.

The nursery features a beautiful Forest School area and a dedicated sensory room designed to support children with SEND. You will be joining a supportive early year’s team within a 30-place preschool room, helping to create a fun and inspiring space where children can thrive.

The Role:

• Supporting children aged 3–5 in a well-equipped preschool environment
• Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Encouraging independence, creativity, and outdoor exploration through Forest School activities
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support every child’s development
• Promoting an inclusive and caring atmosphere for all children, including those with additional needs

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Has previous experience working within a nursery or preschool setting?
• Demonstrates passion for early years education and child development.
• Is caring, enthusiastic, and a strong team player.
• Must drive or have access to reliable public transport, as the school is in a quaint, rural area.
