Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Zest Education are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to work in a lovely small village nursery from January 2026. This welcoming and well-established nursery has been rated “Good” by Ofsted and offers a warm, community feel.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children in the early years and is looking for flexible, day-to-day work within a supportive environment.
What we’re looking for:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting
A reliable and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children’s learning and development
A full driving licence and access to transport (due to the rural location)
A good understanding of the EYFS framework and commitment to safeguarding

£14 per hour, paid weekly

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
