Job Title: Full-Time Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only (Until July 2026)

About the Role

Zest Education is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a vibrant classroom environment. The position is full-time, term-time only, and will run until the end of the academic year in July 2026.

About You

We are looking for a reliable, adaptable, and committed individual who holds an NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in childcare or supporting teaching and learning. You will have experience working with primary-aged children and be confident in assisting with classroom activities, supporting individual learning needs, and contributing to a safe and engaging learning environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour strategies.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
