The Role ✨

We are now seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the school in January 2026. You will work throughout the Spring Term, and the school may extend the role beyond this period.

In this position, you will:

  • Support teachers as they deliver dynamic lessons.
  • Guide pupils through one‑to‑one and small group activities.
  • Maintain classroom organisation and encourage positive behaviour.
  • Create a stimulating environment that promotes learning.
  • Contribute to extracurricular opportunities and the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

We are looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for education. Ideally, you will:

  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred).
  • Demonstrate experience working with children in schools or childcare settings.
  • Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Organise tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Adapt creatively to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Approach challenges with positivity and resilience.
